At Grove Lodge, we aim to give you and your pet the highest quality care. If you believe you have not received the standard of care you expect, we need to know. We always welcome your comments with regard to how you think we can improve.

An acknowledgement will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving your letter to confirm that the matter is being investigated. You will receive a full reply within 14 days. In the event that we are unable to complete our investigations and reply to you within that time, we will contact you to confirm when you will receive a full reply.
