An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving your letter so that you can be assured that the matter is being looked into by one of the partners.
You can expect to receive a full reply with regard to your concerns within 14 days.
Occasionally, if we are unable to complete our investigations and reply to you within that time, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive a full reply.
