Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide you and your pet with the highest quality service, if we fall short of the standards that you expect from us then we want to know.

In the event of dissatisfaction with any element of the services that we provide, please address a letter detailing your concerns to:

If you prefer to address any concerns via email, please write to us at abigail@grovelodgevets.co.uk.

An acknowledgement will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving your letter to confirm that the matter is being investigated.

You can expect to receive a full reply with regard to your concerns within 14 days.

Occasionally, if we are unable to complete our investigations and reply to you within that time, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive a full reply.

Ultimately it is our aim to reach an agreeable outcome to any complaint received. Please be assured that every case will be handled with individual care.
